Once your order has been shipped, Royal Mail are then responsible for delivery of your parcel (3-4 working days)

Out Of Stock Products

Occasionally, there may be stock issues with our supplier 

If you have selected only one out of stock product, we will go ahead with the order and provide extra of the other selected products

We will only delay orders if two or more products are out of stock 

Incorrect address

If you fail to provide the correct delivery address and do not notify us within 12 hours, we will not replace or refund.

It is your responsibility to provide us with correct information when you order.
