When will I receive my parcel?

Our current lead time is 2-3 working days, this includes delivery time. 

All items are picked fresh to order.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We also cannot cancel any orders once placed. 

Hermes will contact you via SMS/Email on the day of delivery.  

This will notify you of a delivery window, and will give an option to make any relevant changes to your delivery.

The item will show as arriving from 'Barcode Logistics' which is our third party courier. 

The only information we can change is any personal details, such as, Address, Postcode or Contact Details. This MUST be done within 2 hours.

We cannot make any changes to the contents of the order once the order is placed.
